StrategyShare provides an individual or collaborative platform to create, analyze, share, discuss, and improve organizational strategy, business performance results, strategy execution activities (including but not limited to business processes, strategic projects, corrective action plans, and budget allocations), and strategic business issues. Furthermore, it enables the adding of meaningful comments and metadata to content created individually and/or collaboratively.
Information Collection and Use Practices
You can choose to make your content available to anyone associated with your organization (usually the default condition within StrategyShare) or restrict access to specific users selected from a list of people associated with your organization that your Org Administrator designate has created in StrategyShare.
Personal and Organizational Data
We collect information including information about your organization and/or personally identifiable information about you and the users associated with your organization (“Personal and Organizational Data”) when you voluntarily choose to provide Personal and Organizational Data. We use the Personal and Organizational Data that we collect in order to provide and improve our services. Examples of Personal and Organizational Data we collect include, but is not limited to, organization name, address, telephone number, first and last names of administrators and other users, email addresses, telephone numbers, and information regarding your StrategyShare subscription. While we ask you to submit billing and credit card information to StrategyShare at the time of subscription purchase and/or renewal, we do not maintain this information in our databases.
Use of Personal and Organizational Data
Aggregated Personal and Organizational Data
In an ongoing effort to better understand our users, we may analyze the Personal and Organizational Data that is provided to our Website and/or StrategyShare in aggregate form. This aggregate information does not identify you personally and/or your organization specifically. We may share this aggregate data with our affiliates, agents, and business partners. We may also disclose aggregated user statistics in order to better describe our services to current and prospective business partners, and to other third parties for other lawful purposes.
Passively Collected Information
When you interact with us through our Website, we receive and store certain additional non-personally identifiable information. For example, we automatically receive and record information including, but not limited to, your IP address, browser type and language, referring/exit pages and URL’s, other browser history, platform type, number of clicks, landing pages, cookie information, the pages you requested and viewed, the amount of time spent on particular pages, and the dates and time. Should you prefer it, deployment of the StrategyShare application on your organization’s local server network is an option that’s available to you. Authorized Service Providers
Our authorized service providers are companies that perform certain services on our behalf. These service may include fulfilling orders, processing credit card payments, providing customer service and technical support, performing business analysis and consulting services, supporting Website and StrategyShare functionality, and supporting surveys and other features we may offer or activities we may perform. These service providers may have access to your Personal and Organizational Data to the extent necessary to perform their functions, but we do not allow them to share or use any of your Personal and Organizational Data for any other purpose.
SFBS Inc./StrategyShare Affiliates
We may share information we collect, including Personal and Organizational Data, with SFBS Inc. owned or affiliated businesses. Sharing information with our affiliates enables us to provide you with information about a variety of products and services that might interest you. All SFBS Inc. companies and affiliates comply with acceptable privacy and security laws, including CASL. This means that you will be provided with clearly marked options to opt in and out of all commercial emails you might receive.
Protection of SFBS Inc. and Others
We may release Personal and Organizational Data in response to a subpoena or similar investigative demand, a court order, or a request for co-operation from a law enforcement or other government agency; to establish or exercise our legal rights; to defend against legal claims; or as otherwise required by law. In such cases, we may raise or waive any legal objection or right available to us.
We will never sell, trade, or rent the Personal and Organizational Data entrusted to us.
Practices Regarding Your Ability to Update or Delete Information
You can delete individual and/or organizational information that you have on StrategyShare by selecting the information you wish to delete, then clicking the delete button. Visit your StrategyShare account to edit your information, including contact and communication information and preferences, and your organization’s profile information. Please note that some information such as business year are required to enable the proper functioning of StrategyShare as it relates to your particular organization. Deleting this information may negatively impact the ability of StrategyShare to provide you with accurate performance information.
Ownership of Content
In addition to Personal and Organizational Data, StrategyShare contains content that is relevant to your specific organization. Content includes all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs and/or images, graphics, videos, messages, comments, tags, documents, links, or other materials housed within your StrategyShare account.
You and/or the originating organization is/are the owner of all created content housed within StrategyShare. All work done by collaborators associated with your organization is owned by you and/or the organization.
Your Org Administrator(s) has/have the right to add and delete members of your organization according to their judgement.
SFBS Inc. employees and affiliates may access your content to allow us to fulfill your information and support needs and requests, and to provide requested consulting services and advice. However, we will not share your content with other organizations and/or non-affiliated third parties unless requested and/or authorized by you and/or your organization to do so.
